The Management Board
The Management Board oversees Dietsmann’s daily operations and is responsible for developing and executing the company’s strategy under the supervision and guidance of the Supervisory Board.
In this capacity, the Management Board is required to keep the Supervisory Board informed, seek its consultation on significant matters, and obtain approval for certain key decisions.
Management Board Members
Peter is the Founder and Chairman of Dietsmann and a member of the Management Board. Peter oversees Dietsmann’s strategic direction and ensures alignment with long-term objectives. He founded the company in 1977, introducing innovative operations and maintenance services in the energy sector. Peter’s leadership has driven global expansion, particularly in Africa.
Cesare is the Chief Executive Officer of Dietsmann and a member of the Management Board. He leads global operations and strategic growth initiatives, bringing extensive leadership experience within the company. He holds a Master’s degree in Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture from the University of Genoa.
Rob is the Chief Legal Officer of Dietsmann and a member of the Management Board. He oversees legal strategies, corporate governance, and international compliance. He has held this role since 2006 and previously worked in senior positions at PwC and Deloitte. He holds degrees in Tax Law and Business Law from Dutch universities.
Arnaud is the Chief Financial Officer of Dietsmann and a member of the Management Board. Arnaud manages financial strategy, oversees group consolidation, and ensures compliance with auditing standards. He has extensive experience in M&A operations and joint ventures. Arnaud holds a Master’s degree in Management from KEDGE Business School.
