We are pleased to announce that Dietsmann has been awarded a contract extension until 2025 for the Global Maintenance Contract for Tempa Rossa Plant.
Dietsmann, the leader of the consortium with Officine Dandrea, was awarded the Global Maintenance Contract for Tempa Rossa Plant in 2017, with a contract duration of four years. After completing the Commissioning and Start-up phase in September 2019, the contract was extended till 2023 January 1st, and then till 2025 January 1st with the inclusion of the Full Field Shutdown E&I activities.
The contract includes executing maintenance services, implementing conditioned-based maintenance programs, preparing and scheduling operational activities, and updating CMIMS data.
In addition, a new contract has been awarded to ATI Sergen/Dietsmann for the execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumental works to improve and modify the systems located at the oil plants and production fields within the scope of the operational activities at the Tempa Rossa site. The effective date of the new contract is March 2, 2023, and the contract duration is for three years, with the option to extend it for two additional years.
The Dietsmann SOW includes Electrical and Instrumental Construction works, E&I Engineering Verification, Material Procurement, Instrument Calibration, and Loop test.
With these contracts, Dietsmann continues to provide top-notch maintenance and construction services to the Tempa Rossa Plant, ensuring the highest level of performance and efficiency.
