A safe and healthy workplace
We have developed an HSEQ culture program so that all hierarchical levels receive HSE, Quality and Sustainability trainings adapted to their function. Dietsmann employees adhere to the strictest safety standards, minimizing the impact of their work on health and the environment, and actively participate in improving the services we deliver to our clients.

The industries we work in imply facing a plethora of challenges and particularities from one site to another. Dietsmann is committed to upholding the highest HSEQ standards and that is why we have adopted the Nine Leading Safety Rules. They serve as reference for all our employees as to what Dietsmann HSEQ stands for.
Avoiding harm to the environment
We have established strict rules on waste management, the banning of single-use plastics, eco-responsible purchasing, and we have defined an ambitious strategy to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions, with two main targets: NetZero on scopes 1 and 2 by 2030, and total NetZero by 2040. In this way, we play an active part in reducing the environmental impact of our work and of our customers’ production facilities.
